Yes, the application deposit is fully refundable at any stage throughout your recruitment process. Once approved as a Cha Bar franchise partner, your deposit will go towards the legal costs involved in the creation of your franchise documentation.

Once an application form is submitted and after an initial face to face meeting we will provide you with reports and financial planning guide to assist with your preparation of a business plan. Yes, at least one member of the business partnership will need to hold either a Permanent Australian Residency or be an Australian Citizen to franchise with Cha Bar.

We support partners in becoming multi-store operators, however Cha Bar requires that new partners own and operate their first brewery for a minimum of 12 months before being considered for additional stores. As long as you have proven to be a strong operator, have the financial ability to acquire additional businesses and have a plan as to how you would operate them, we will happily discuss multi-siting opportunities with you.
